About me
Welcome to my website and thanks for visiting. I trained as a Clinical Psychologist at the University of Bath and have worked locally for both the NHS and charitable organisations in a number of specialist areas.
I have a particular interest in women's health and issues relating to fertility, pregnancy and parenthood.
I am also experienced in helping individuals to cope with acute emotional crisis and am particularly interested in issues with self criticism, shame and perfectionism.

Experience
My current NHS role involves working with people with longstanding difficulties with drug and/or alcohol use and I am able to offer intervention to individuals affected by their own or someone else's substance use.
I am also experienced in working with issues around bereavement and loss, particularly in relation to pregnancy and birth and I have experience providing psychological intervention to families with a child in intensive care. I can also support people with issues relating to fertility, tokophobia and traumatic birth experiences.
